Brand Description

OB, a Johns Hopkins trained engineer, and T-Rat, an Air Force Academy graduate, both had different reasons for wanting a reliable way to feed the 1.75 inch shells. OB, a fan of shotguns used for home self-defense, wanted a way to interest his wife and daughter in using a 12ga without having them scared by the recoil.

On the other hand, T-Rat was not concerned with the recoil until his father had rotator cuff surgery and also a stroke. After this, T-Rat’s father, an avid shooter of 70 years and a Korean War Veteran, was no longer able to use a shotgun anymore due to the recoil. This was difficult news for his dad, so T-Rat and OB decided to create something that would lower recoil.

So, the OPSol Mini-Clip was created! During the development of the OPSol Mini-Clip, OB kept in mind that he likes to use shoulder stocks for accuracy. However, they also took into consideration that T-Rat enjoys using pistol grips because it allows for portability, maneuverability, and they weigh less.

Therefore, the OPSol Mini-Clip™ had to be reliable for shooters of varying degrees of competency. We also know it’s extremely important to practice with any firearm you intend to use. But, let’s face it, while the low recoil response should get folks to put in more practice time, some just won’t get around to it.

A lot of good ole American grit and ingenuity, not to mention, thousands of 1.75 inch shells went into this project and we hope you can benefit from it. Now we are able to take a low priced Maverick 88®, a box of 1.75 inch shells, and an OPSol Mini-Clip™ to use together. Item Availability Status

When shopping for OPSOL TX products with us, you will notice different availability statuses for our items. Each status indicates the current availability and ordering options for that goods. Here is what each level represents:

Available

product marked as "Available" mean that these OPSOL TX items are in stock in the local warehouse (Australia) and are ready for immediate shipment. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped the same day or the next working day.

Available Allow 21 Days

Items marked as "Available (Allow 21 Days)" mean that these OPSOL TX items are currently in stock at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and are shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately. This entire process will take approximately 21 days.

Backorder Only

OPSOL TX products marked as "Backorder Only" mean that these products are currently not available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and the local warehouse in Australia. luckily it is available on backorder, which means it will be available at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) soon. but we are unable to provide the exact availability date of the goods.

In this case, we offer two options.

1. Place an Order

if you want, you can place an order. Once the product becomes available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA), orders will be shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately.

2. Use Notify Me Option
