OUR STORY

At GrovTec US, Inc. we are extremely proud to craft rugged and dependable firearms accessories for everyone. Whether you're a hunter, American service member or shooting sports competitor, we believe you deserve tools created by other Americans who share common ideals and the utmost pride of performance. From humble homegrown beginnings we are proud to call Wood Village, Oregon our home. We have earned our reputation for uncompromising excellence, superior design, exacting tolerances and durability. Those are the standards by which we judge ourselves. We do not build our products to become obsolete. We build them to last.

GrovTec's inception starts when Bob Grover started working for Michaels of Oregon in 1987. He began working for Michaels in the recoil pad/scope cover department and then moved on to the Machine Shop. He held the roles of Black Oxide Finisher, Machine Operator, Machine setup person, Davenport Lead, Machine Shop Foreman, Manufacturing Supervisor, ISO Coordinator and Manufacturing Manager. During this time Bob completed studies in Manufacturing Technology, CNC Operations, AutoCad, Mechanical Engineering and in Business Management. Bob was a key member of the design team and was involved in multiple patented products.

If Michael's company name does not mean anything to you then certainly Uncle Mike's, Hoppe’s, Butler Creek, and Stoney Point should ring a bell. Michaels of Oregon was founded in 1947. Yet like most manufacturing companies in the early 2000's Michaels was acquired and shifted most of the production overseas. Bob traveled to China and worked for Bushnell throughout most of this transition period. When his employment was completed he purchased the majority of the Oregon divisions manufacturing equipment and Grovtec was born, in 2006.

This brand continues to be an innovator with regards to shooting accessories. They have multiple patents on their swivels and hardware. With 27 years of experience in the Shooting Industry Bob continues to build on the success he had at Michaels of Oregon. This brand guiding principle is to focus on American made quality.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

This brand nufacture parts for the aerospace, sporting goods, automotive, transportation, communications, medical/dental, oil & gas, electronics and fastener industries.

This brand provides full-service close-tolerance contract machining of metal products and precision sewing in our soft goods division. Our design support service includes quick-turn prototyping in conjunction with your needs. Our diverse manufacturing equipment accommodates exceptional versatility, including finishing process services for those who do not have their own capabilities. Our process begins with your custom part prints, drawings, or samples for evaluations by our engineering team.
