Since 1941 our family has committed to create tools that exceed our customers expectations by providing a product that is both quality and precise. We intend for each piece we craft not only to get the job done but also look aesthetically pleasing when it sits on display in your tool shop.

As a family business, we have the privilege of operating our business based on family traditions, Christ centered values, love of country, and the Second Amendment. When you buy a tool from us, you are helping to support us in sharing these values with others as well.

Our children have been an integral part of operating our business. We have strived to use our business to encourage them to learn compassion, patience, generosity, communication and of course, instill in them a hard work ethic.

OUR HISTORY

1941

Edward C. Grace founded this brand Metal Products, in the village of Elk Rapids situated on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay in the Northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan.

1973

John D. Morrison, Ed’s brother-in-law, bought the company after working the tool & die trades for over 30 years. His son, Dan, immediately began working in the business at the age of 13 on the bench grinders, drill presses and lathes producing many of the same products still in the Grace USA line with some of the machinery used by this brand today.

1982

John semi-retired and Dan became president of the company, a position he still holds today.

1986

Dan married his wife Linda in 1986 and they raised their children Daniel, Joseph, Sarah and Matthew to learn the value of hard work at an early age while working by their parent’s side in the family business.

2017

GRACE USA acquired Dockyard Tools USA, a micro carving tool business.

Available

product marked as "Available" mean that these GRACE USA items are in stock in the local warehouse (Australia) and are ready for immediate shipment. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped the same day or the next working day.

Available Allow 21 Days

Items marked as "Available (Allow 21 Days)" mean that these GRACE USA items are currently in stock at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and are shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately. This entire process will take approximately 21 days.

Backorder Only

GRACE USA products marked as "Backorder Only" mean that these products are currently not available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and the local warehouse in Australia. luckily it is available on backorder, which means it will be available at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) soon. but we are unable to provide the exact availability date of the goods.

In this case, we offer two options.

1. Place an Order

if you want, you can place an order. Once the product becomes available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA), orders will be shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately.

2. Use Notify Me Option

Wherever you see an item status as "Backorder Only", you will see a "Notify Me" button next to that status. You can sign up to receive notifications by email through the Notify Me form. Once the product becomes available, we will inform you so that you can easily place an order.

Out of Stock, No Backorder

Items marked as "Out of Stock, No Backorder" mean that these GRACE USA products are currently unavailable for purchase. This indicates that these products are not available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and our local warehouse in Australia.

In this case, you can use a "Notify Me" option.
