HELIUM WHISPER®

Blue Force Gear is obsessed with lightweight and lightening the load™ of the modern warfighter. A key element in lightweight is advanced materials combined with innovative technology.

Helium Whisper® is a revolutionary MOLLE attachment system that combines a single piece back panel design with an ultra-light, extremely durable high performance proprietary laminate called ULTRAcomp™. This design drastically reduces the number of parts needed for MOLLE attachment, minimizes the potential for errors and weak points, is easier to produce, and most of all is lighter than any other pouch attachments system available. Pouches with Helium Whisper attachment system are currently issued to some our nation’s most elite units, several with NSN listings.

ULTRAcomp®

Blue Force Gear’s proprietary high performance laminate, ULTRAcomp®, far exceeds the military standard air textured nylon in tear and abrasion resistance. Its hydrophobic features allow products to stay dry and light, whereas air textured nylon retains water and gets even heavier when wet.

Blue Force Gear has attained the perfect blend of art and science to create a truly unique material - ULTRAcomp®. ULTRAcomp® combines the properties of a rubber based laminate - resistance to tear, abrasion, water, bacteria and fungus - and added a Cordura® fabric facing for color or pattern and reduced IR signature. This is a case where the sum is greater than its parts. The combined strength of the two materials becoming one allows us to push the limits on weight savings while exceeding established standards of strength and durability.

Ten-Speed®

Ten-Speed® was designed to be the pouch you forget is there. The military grade elastic pouch was designed to be truly multi-use - holding magazines and other critical items - and lay flat when not in use. If you can fit the item in, it’s now that item’s pouch and once removed, the pouch disappears.

This unique criteria came from our elite military users - units whose mission include tube fighting - in planes, subways, trains, and buses. In this even closer, more compact CQB, bulky pouches, can snag or slow you down - time lost that could be the difference between mission success and failure.

MOLLEminus™

MOLLEminus is a revolutionary load carriage platform that is fully MOLLE compatible while being the lightest on the market. The same way we made the lightest MOLLE pouch attachment - Helium Whisper™ - system with one piece Helium Whisper backers, MOLLEminus™ is a MOLLE compatible platform constructed out of one piece of ULTRAcomp™ The MOLLE field has been changed to all slots which gives greater flexibility in mounting pouches and maximum signature reduction without having another layer of material underneath.

Developed with industry friend, firearms expert, and former 1st SFOD - Delta operational member Larry Vickers, the Vickers Combat Applications Sling™ incorporates key features from real world experience that makes this effective and durable sling the choice sling requested by name. Over 300,000 Vickers Slings™ are in use across all branches of service, as well as with allies abroad.

BLIP™

Our Ball Loaded Index Point, or BLIP™ for short, is a feature found on all our lidded pouches and select plate carriers like the Trauma Kit NOW!. BLIP was born in the freezing rain on a Blackwater range. It was there we realized that when you can’t feel your fingers, it’s very difficult to get a grasp on a flat piece of webbing and distinguish a pull tab. The ball doesn’t rely on friction; the bones in your fingers positively engage it. BLIP’s form is both easy to pull and impossible to miss.

Available

product marked as "Available" mean that these BLUE FORCE GEAR items are in stock in the local warehouse (Australia) and are ready for immediate shipment. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped the same day or the next working day.

Available Allow 21 Days

Items marked as "Available (Allow 21 Days)" mean that these BLUE FORCE GEAR items are currently in stock at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and are shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately. This entire process will take approximately 21 days.

Backorder Only

BLUE FORCE GEAR products marked as "Backorder Only" mean that these products are currently not available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and the local warehouse in Australia. luckily it is available on backorder, which means it will be available at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) soon. but we are unable to provide the exact availability date of the goods.

In this case, we offer two options.

1. Place an Order

if you want, you can place an order. Once the product becomes available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA), orders will be shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately.

2. Use Notify Me Option

Wherever you see an item status as "Backorder Only", you will see a "Notify Me" button next to that status. You can sign up to receive notifications by email through the Notify Me form. Once the product becomes available, we will inform you so that you can easily place an order.

Out of Stock, No Backorder

Items marked as "Out of Stock, No Backorder" mean that these BLUE FORCE GEAR products are currently unavailable for purchase. This indicates that these products are not available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and our local warehouse in Australia.

In this case, you can use a "Notify Me" option.
