What is Customer Order Pickup?

This option is intended for Customers who wish to avoid shipping charges by picking up their order at the Brownells Australia facility during our regular business hours. These hours are as follows:

Office Hours:-
Monday-Friday : 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. Eastern

Orders, which must be prepaid, are available for pickup five business hours after they are placed. If an order is placed after 4:00 P.M. Eastern, it will be available for pickup at 12:00 P.M. Eastern the next business day.

Can I place an order and/or pay when I arrive at brownells.com.au?
No. Only prepaid orders, placed in advance, will be available upon your arrival at the facility. brownells.com.au will not accept orders or payments on location.

Can I change my order when I arrive at brownells.com.au?
You cannot change your order when you arrive.

How long will you hold my order once it is ready?
Any order not picked up within 7 days, will be automatically canceled. If you do not pick up your order within 7 days, you will be contacted by brownells.com.au.
