How can I know if my order was received?

We send an order confirmation to your email account as soon as your order has been processed. The purpose of this email is to notify you that your order has been received, processed, and sent to our shipping department.
 
NOTE: Order confirmations are always sent unless you specifically request otherwise. You can request that they not be sent by accessing the "My Account" page, clicking on the "Edit Account & Password" link, and editing your email preferences.
