What is the Email Club?

Since the production and delivery of email is faster than with a catalog, Customers signed up for the Eblast^TM Email are the first to know about the latest product additions and discounts. The Eblast^TM Email (or another promotional email) is sent to our Customers every week and features the newest products and best prices on select items from our entire product line.

NOTE: You must be signed up for this email type to be eligible for our periodic deep-discount promotions and to be the first to know about our limited supply, one time offer, special buys.



Order/Shipping Confirmations
When this email type is selected, Brownells will send order and shipping confirmations.

• Order Confirmations
  Brownells will send a confirmation that your order has been received within minutes. The order confirmation will show where the order is shipping, the items and quantities ordered, and all charges on the invoice.
   
• Shipping Confirmations
  Brownells will send a confirmation that your order has been shipped, and provide tracking information when it is available. Confirmations are sent every night, but the tracking information is not available until UPS scans the package when unloading the truck. It could take some time for this to happen depending on how quickly UPS is working.

Questions/Surveys
The Questions/Surveys email type consists of periodic emails aimed at improving Brownells and our level of Customer Service.

Product Arrival Notifications
Brownells can send product arrival notifications on out of stock items as soon as we receive inventory. Customers must sign up for a product arrival notification on each product for which they wish to receive a notification.
